CIR Management Services, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Paul Nagel to capitalize on the growing disparity in third party brokerage/management service firms that were focused primarily on the needs of national and regional firms.
CIR’s mission statement; “to render value added service to our clients through prudent stewardship of the assets entrusted to our care”, is more than just a collage of printed matter. CIR’s capable and experienced staff handles all facets of development including site selection, feasibility studies, zoning and permitting, construction management, marketing, leasing, and property management. This same staff also handles acquisitions and dispositions of existing properties.
